The short version.

These are the terms for using boilerpod at boilerpod.com. They are written to be read.

Your account

• You need to be able to enter into a contract where you live, and to give a working email address.
• Keep your sign-in details and PIN to yourself. There is no email recovery for the PIN, by design.
• One person, one library. boilerpod has no shared workspaces; do not share an account.

Your content

• What you save is yours. We claim no rights over it beyond what is needed to store it and show it back to you.
• You are responsible for having the right to keep what you save. Do not use boilerpod to store or distribute material you may not.
• Export your library at any time, free, from Settings.

Fair use

• Do not use boilerpod to attack, scrape or overload other sites. Background fetching is paced per site and per account.
• Upload limits and the number of links per paste or per email are stated in the product and may change.

Plans

A free plan is available. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing page; the account then returns to the free plan at the end of the period.

Changes and ending the service

We may change these terms and the product; material changes are announced in the app. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes everything in it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

No warranty

boilerpod is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, and we recommend keeping an export of anything you cannot afford to lose.
